What Our Clients Say

Back in 2020 when the pandemic was new and really scary and no one was going anywhere on vacation that summer we decided to buy a pool. Apparently we weren't the only one with that idea. They had none in stock but were expecting deliveries in August. We'll the factory shut down and twenty months later the pool is in my backyard waiting for the i talkers to set it up. If this had been in any other time this would be considered insane and poor customer service. But, we were in the heart of the COVID 19 panic. The guys at this location were always apologetic, polite, friendly and would always take my call and go over the status of my order. They also called me when the had a final ETA for arrival.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! They put an in ground pool for us and it is perfect. Their customer service is the best I have seen in a long time. Prompt, professional and kind responses always! Love them!

Done business with SK for decades. Knowledgeable staff, well stocked, in and out in a jiff. And get this their large bucket of 3" tabs are $59 less then HD! Right.

Great staff and people. I had 2 issues and they walked through and made simple.

We went with Swim King to get our in-ground pool, because they installed an above ground for my parents over 15 years ago. Gary answered all of our questions and was never pushy about things we did not need. I appreciated his honesty about what would work with our space. We went with a Latham Fiberglass Pool and couldn't be happier! I would highly suggest that, since we don't have to worry about a liner. The pool is gorgeous and Gary is still available and responsive to all of my questions! Thanks so much!!

I am so blessed to have met Mr.Greg. From the moment I met him, he was very kind and knowledgeable. He was very paitent and guided me every step of the way. I had never dealt with swim king before and was apprehensive to deal with them. The moment I walked in and he started talking to us, I knew we made the right choice. Mr. Gregory Galderisi in the Real G.O.A.T period!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I love his life and appreciate him so much. I'm looking forward to working with him for many years to come.

The experience with Swim King of Ulster (Galderisi family ) was exceptional. We purchased an "Aruba" model in- ground fiberglass pool (Latham Pool) for our new family compound in Greene County, NY. The installation was coordinated, on time and flawless. Every step was explained and executed with precision. We whole heartedly endorse Swim King of Ulster as the go to contractor for swimming pool installation and service.

Working with Greg, Dennis, Steve and the entire Swim King family for our recent vinyl pool install was wonderful experience from start to finish! The customer service is top notch and they walked us through all the steps of being new pool owners! The process moved along like they said it would, the guys were meticulous with their work and we could not be happier with the final product! We can't recommend them enough!

Great price

Gary and his team were incredible from start to finish with our project! They were willing to travel to the capital district and had a great group of folks they recommended for each aspect of the project. They are getting ready to close our pool and assist with the cover and they never cease to amaze me with how kind, patient, and knowledgeable they are! Their prices are incredibly fair, especially when checking with most of the other pool companies in the area. I couldn’t recommend Swim King enough when making the decision to purchase a pool.

Kaitlyn Krutz

I had an outstanding experience with Swim King! From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and guided me through every step with patience and expertise. I felt confident in their recommendations, and they answered all my questions thoroughly. It’s rare to find a company that combines top-notch service with such genuine care for their customers. I highly recommend Swim King to anyone looking for reliable, expert help. They truly go above and beyond!
